Personally, I think a lack of emotion in the eyes adds to his unsettling, bug-like nature.

I always like my Spider-Man a bit weird and creepy, even if the moving eyes are funnier and more approachable.

Plus, it makes it feel like an actual mask he made himself.

Just thought about this, since Ben is in the entire first half of the film I wonder if any non-fans were genuinely shocked and saddened by this scene or not, I assume no but given it WAS the first live action portrayal of Uncle Ben's death I've always wondered.

This kind of art is becoming a bit of a trend, apparently; thought this one was kinda funny.

I was rewatching Spider-Man NWH and realized shouldn’t Flash have had the same problem getting into MIT that Ned and MJ had?

He was going around telling everyone he’s Peter’s best friend and of course we all know he was promoting that Flashpoint book like crazy and nobody really seemed to doubt what he was saying.

Idk it seems kinda weird Flash didn’t hit a roadblock with college admissions like Ned and MJ did especially since Flash wasn’t exactly being subtle about his “friendship” with Peter. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I know he’s probably smart enough to get in to MIT since he was portrayed pretty intelligent and he was rich in these movies but I feel like his name should’ve probably been a red flag to admissions just like Ned and MJ’s were since he branded himself Spider-Man’s BFF.
